MediaCityUK, Salford 2018

The first-ever sculpture trail based on Raymond Briggs’ timeless festive tale, The Snowman, takes place this winter. See twelve giant Snowman sculptures painted by artists with designs inspired by the song The 12 Days of Christmas around MediaCityUK, Salford. The event raises money for BBC Children in Need.

Local school children are also taking part in inspiring Learning Programme supported by Salford City Council. See their smaller 1-metre-tall Snowman sculptures displayed inside cultural and leisure venues around MediaCityUK as part of the magical trail.
